WATCH | Teacher on precautionary suspension over racism allegations

A verbal altercation between the teacher and a pupil's grandparent took place at the school on Friday.Gauteng Education MEC Panyaza Lesufi explains the situation in the video above.

Precautionary suspension? Have other teachers not been fully suspended and fired for less racist behaviour? Or is this a one shoe does not fit all situation again?

I wonder if this teacher will be as harshly treated and falsely vilified as the unfortunate teacher who said “polisie mannetjie” and was then deliberately misunderstood and fired by Lesufi? 🤔
