WATCH | IEC needs to consult on possible delay of elections

South Africa’s local government elections will not be free and fair if they are held on the 27th of October. This is according to a report commissioned by Independent Electoral Commission of South Africa. To discuss this further, Gareth Edwards speaks to IEC Chairperson, Glen Mashinini.
