A heartbreaking of a call centre agent balling her eyes out during a call has been doing the rounds on social media with the video illustrating just why you should practice kindness:

Many of us have felt the frustration of having a product or service not work the way we want and ringing a call centre to voice our frustrations is just one of the ways we get things done.

Unfortunately, there are a few customers out there that forget that the voice helping them on the other end is a human being dealing with their own frustrations and emotions. We’ve all heard horror stories around working in the customer service industry, but seeing it hits a little differently.decided to give a face to the voice on the other end by sharing a heartbreaking video of herself as she appeared to be helping a customer.

Tears can be seen streaming down her face as she does her best to keep herself together. Goba captioned the video #myreality and the video has since been watched close to 700 000 times.“Yoh I’ve been there… Not a pretty scene trust you me. Literally ended my call, went straight to the ladies and cried my eyes out, came back took the next call,” one user wrote.

“I know how you feel. when I was working from home during covid. I worked half my shift in tears. And when that call comes in you have to focus your voice to sound okay, even though you just wanna SCREAM, ” said another.

Watch: Should Marx or Mbonambi start for Boks?Supersport pundits Swys de Bruin, Robbi Kempson and Jonathan Mokuena debate which of the two Springbok hookers is more impactful as a starter and off the bench. This was a truly pointless debate. With actually no clear answer. Bongi should start, Marx does the work of two players off the bench when everyone else's tanks are below 50%. This isn't rocket science It's actually no debate each player gets 40mins doesn't really matter who plays off the bench or who starts But I personally wud go for Marx off the bench where he can even be more effective against a tiring loose forward trio They are both equally great! Either or!
