WARNING: Footage contains strong language, violence and extreme prejudice.

In an incident that was partly caught on video, Democratic Republic of Congo-born fashion designer Fabrice Moyo, who is known and retails as Franc Elis, was allegedly attacked and even shot at after a fender bender in the wet Johannesburg weather.

A man who was presumably with the driver seemed to be trying to calm him down and de-escalate the situation, apparently to no avail. “He called me the k-word. Then I started recording. He called me makwerekwere and drove in front of me and reversed back on me.Moyo has opened a case of assault and crimen injuria at the Honeydew police station.

One more charge must be added, “attempted murder” if shots were fired at him

A black man calling a black man the K word. Yawn. Nothing will happen. Double standard.

So where is the footage Aint seeing anything.

andrewspha It where is the video

Ag shame man

So a black man used the k-word? Let’s see if his business is destroyed and the EFF hunt him down and he must pay a fine of 150k after being taken to the equality court.

Glad it wasn’t a white guy throwing the k-word around else there would have been other comments on this thread. And of course the SAHRCommission ‘s panties were all in a bunch.
