WATCH: Fan steps up and asks Charlize Theron on a date after single comments

Cape Town – Fans are asking Charlize Theron out on dates after she commented that she is"shockingly single".that she has been single for"10 years" and it's time for someone to"grow a pair and step up" and well, the fans listened.In a follow-up interview Entertainment Tonight's Kevin Frazier brought it to Charlize's attention that after her comments fans sent in date requests, including a video of a man named Doug from Kansas City.

"Hi Charlize, Doug from Kansas City. I do have a pair. I am stepping up," Doug says in the video – which Kevin showed to Charlize.The 43-year-old agreed and then happily autographed a poster to send to gutsy Doug.
