Premier Panyaza Lesufi says a revenue model will be formulated for how the province will pay the 30 percent Sanral debt.Lesufi says this will be discussed in a future meeting with the Finance and Transport Ministers.
"We want to reject a notion flying all over that our commitment to pay the 30 percent means health and education will suffer.
And so the backtracking begins .
