The DA leader Mmusi Mamane is under pressure to step down because of the party's losses in the last general election.

says the last time he had any interaction with Zille was when she started working at the Institute of Race Relations.

“Mme Helen Zille works for the Institute of Race Relations that's the last time we had any contact and communication and whatever she wants to do that's her own thing," he said.Zille went on to allude that her relationship with Maimane had been destroyed by various events that took place but says she bears no grudges.

The word is ‘decent’ not ‘descent’. Sloppy as usual.

U aren't the smartest hey!

Musi Maimane you were very much concerned about DA like you will remain as the leader of DA for ever now the same people whom you were thinking they love you the want to flush you like a tissue after being used what a waiste

Having more senior blacks without fundamental policy change will deceive no one

DA should move away from the Old guard that operates behind the scenes

The DA can boast all it likes about being the most demographically diverse party today in SA but if the black in the party do not shape its intellectual agenda and influence crucial policy process this counts for nothing

Servant of the Madam. You welcome.

Fire Mmusi

You are good at making it sound as if Zille is standing for party leader, which she is not. She is standing for Federal chair, a post currently held by James Selfe. Trollip is running for it too.

not sure this is really about leadership as much as the overall direction of the party - is the DA still a liberal alternative? it could become more progressive without adopting what some feel are racist attitudes -

Who checks their stories? Who is the Editor in Chief? Nobody check what nonsense goes out?

Decent or descent editors?

It's time for change now why he is so difficult to give other people's chance he has given his own term now it's for others chance Mmusi move domkop.

MmusiMaimane must just walk away he has done everything to sell Our_DA to us black voters in which he succeeded. The same thing was done to PatriciaDeLille she was used and kicked out after.I personally think Mmusi can be useful as part of GovernmentZA as a minister
