WATCH | COVID19 | Rental space galore in Cape Town

CAPE TOWN - Investing in property is usually considered safe but, that seems to be changing.

There's been a 30 percent increase in the number of vacant properties in Cape Town alone, meaning one in every four inner-city rental properties is standing empty.But ongoing international travel bans due to COVID-19 could drive away more foreign property investors.
