Nonsense headline. Two theoretical scenarios: let’s say the risk is one person in a hundred; so the risk rises to 1.2 people per hundred; if the risk is 50 people per hundred, then a rise to 60 is quite serious. Quote the actual numbers and get rid of the paywall.
