JOHANNESBURG - The ANC in KwaZulu-Natal has confirmed the killing of its ward councillor candidate Siyabonga Mkhize.According to paramedics, two people were killed and two others wounded.Ntombela says the party will visit Mkhize's family on Saturday.
The country is gearing up for Local Government Elections on 1 November, with several politically motivated killings having already occurred.In addition, ANC councillor Tshepo Motaung was shot in Mabopane in Pretoria, also in September.
