Murder and fraud accused Professor Peter Beale is heading to the Gauteng High Court in February.His co-accused was shot dead in September last year.
"The indictment was served today; the charges are murder and fraud. The NPA can amend the charge sheet, so long as the accused has not yet pleaded," spokesperson Phindi Mjonondwane told News24. On count 2 of fraud, the indictment reads in summary that the accused"unlawfully and with the intention to defraud, gave out and misrepresented...the pathology result of a distal esophageal biopsy".
