"This money was returned during the time where [was CFO of Unisa. We have also observed, again when Absa donated money to Unisa in 2018 and that money was converted into a Unisa bursary, that was very progressive and now, we also have other big companies that are doing business with Unisa," Ngwenya said.
"The likes of FNB is doing business with Unisa, they have a branch at Main Campus but they are not assisting students. We are calling all of those big companies to come and assist our students." Ngwenya said some students have not been given access to bursaries as they are allocated in irregular ways.
