SouthAfricaLockdown: The German is believed to have tested positive for coronavirus but continued his holiday until he was nabbed by tracer teams in KZN. He is the second person to be arrested for absconding the rules regarding Covid-19.

Durban - Police have arrested a second person for allegedly absconding coronavirus quarantine.

He said the Department of Health had traced the tourist to holiday accommodation in St Lucia and immediately quarantined him at a hospital.He is the second person who has been nabbed for ignoring government instruction and going into self-isolation after testing positive for Covid-19. Naidoo said police were informed that the man had come into contact with other residents in Ladysmith.
