When pharmacist Phumeza Langalibalele decided to leave a high-powered corporate job more than 10 years ago, her vision was to become a drug manufacturer, but her struggle for capital led to a detour that that has made her a product supplier to one of South Africa’s largest private groups, Netcare.
Langalibalele is the founder and managing director of Mlungisi Healthcare, which supplies medical consumables - like gloves, devices and apparel - to healthcare facilities.
