Speaking to the New York Times, Fender chief executive Andy Mooney said the company has sold more guitars this year than in its entire history.While the world battles the coronavirus, many have turned to one instrument as a source of companionship - the guitar. Isolation and social distancing brought on by the pandemic has led people to pursue new hobbies as a way of passing time and even aiding with stress, and it seems strumming a guitar has been the top pick for most.
