DAVID CHRISTIANSON: Why Ramaphosa can’t speed up his energy reformsThe president’s bureaucratic machine has become so complicated that it is now all but clogged up It all sounds rather erudite but waffle. CyrilRamaphosa is a reluctant leader. A minimalist one at that. He's disinclined to make decisions which are decisive. 'It's only a matter of 5 years...' before he fades into oblivion while we search and hope for a good leader to emerge. Well put David! Surrendering what control over to private investment, when it happened already, before & after MYANC took over state power?Private investors took over control of most SA's valuable minerals, Land, Banks, food, water, IPPs ...& left state with little. What's there to take now?🤷🏻‍♂️
