'We call on all South African students, activists, all those who call themselves politicians to look into this matter, the seriousness of this matter, look at how Kanya is struggling.'

EFF leader Julius Malema says the party has deployed the “best legal brains” to set #FeesMustFall activist Kanya Cekeshe free.

On Wednesday, EFF supporters gathered at the Johannesburg magistrate's court, where the student activist applied for bail, pending appeal. He was arrested in 2016 and pleaded guilty to setting a police van alight during the Fees Must Fall protests.that his legal team at the time did not represent him well, adding that there wasn't enough evidence to place his client at the scene.Cekeshe's case has been postponed until Monday for judgment.

Kanya must grow up. He must accept RESPONSIBILITY. Similar to you with VBS. Wake up man.

It was for a good cause and therefore he deserves to be released by now

Am with the down trodden, the victim of the class project Khanya the sacrificer and a true revolutionary. Aluta continua!

Yes we must sort out VBS all must make a big noise ok sharp we got you skelem.

If government saw Feesmustfall campaign as a Just course that in the end now agreed to offer free education- then all those in prison the President should release them and celebrate them

Ahhhh Tsotsi.

Best legal brains lol, no bail should be given to that fool. EFF will learn when U.S comes for them next after they finish with ANC.
