Suspended Pretoria chief magistrate Desmond Nair , who has been accused of corruption, is set to submit a request to the National Director of Public Prosecutions for intervention and an investigation into his prosecution.His advocate, Danie Dörfling SC, placed it on record that they would be submitting a request for NDPP Shamila Batohi to intervene and investigate Nair's prosecution process.South Africans need to be in the know if we want to create a prosperous future.
