In court papers that Magashule served on Luthuli House on Thursday, he also seeks a court order declaring the step-aside rule of the party and the clause in the party’s constitution used to suspend him to be declared “unlawful, unconstitutional, invalid, null and void”.

I don't see the courts straying into the internal operational matters of the MYANC. This will set a bad precedence where even political organizations are run thru the courts. I see him NOT winning this one. If he does, that will be the death of political organizations in SA
The court can't agree with Ace. It will sent a bad precedent. Imagine every unhappy minority loser within the ANC going to court and successfully overturn ANC decision. The ANC will then be run by minorities via courts, the NEC decision power will be usurped.
