PRETORIA, May 31 – Tempers flared again at the Pan-African Parliament sitting in Midrand on Monday as members halted the scheduled elections, complaining that they felt unsafe in South Africa.
On Friday, events came to a head after it was announced that the elections would not go ahead on Thursday as scheduled, as a staffer had tested positive for Covid-19. The elections were then postponed, igniting heated exchanges between the parliamentarians. Parliamentarians opposed to the postponement maintained that the said Covid-19 case was a strategy to postpone the term of office for the controversial incumbent, Cameroonian Roger Nkodo Dang.

One key responsibility of PAP was to develop legislative framework for Africa. Since their formation in 2004, dololo legislation. Why then does Africa need PAP?
You definitely can not be threatening and telling people you will kill them. And South Africa already has a reputation as one of the murder capitals of the world. South Africans are also known to carry out murder threats.
