Stellenbosch have had a stellar season so far, finding themselves in second spot ahead of Pirates in third.

This in the form of Pirates midfielder“Orlando Pirates and Bafana midfielder Thabang Monare could reunite with his former coach Steve Barker at Stellenbosch FC next season.
The publication also adds that there is still no progress regarding talks between Pirates and Monare. “The club is waiting for the end of the season to finalise the list of players leaving. There is also the issue of playing in the CAF tournament that they are considering before finalizing the list of players leaving. The club has not yet discussed anything with Monare.” Said a source to the publication.
