The formal bail application of 53 war veterans who allegedly held defence minister Thandi Modise 'hostage' last week will continue on Tuesday at the Kgosi Mampuru prison court in Pretoria.

As military veterans sang outside, inside court the accused could be heard singing a struggle song.

Dali Mpofu, speaking on behalf of the defence team, told the court the state did not know what the charges were. “That has not been done, at least for one person. Each person here is an individual bearer of constitutional rights,” he said.

Dali Mpofu is always defending the ANC outlaws. He's very instrumental in dividing the ANC. Least we forget that he's the same person who destroyed Madiba's marriage with Winnie

So Dali go against his former client

Dali is right. The state doesn't know what to charge them with. Is it a hostage crises or situation and what type or distinctive character was it? Are they political extremists? No. Fleeing criminals? No. Religious fanatics and/or mentally disturbed persons? No

No 7 days. Lol.. For a hostage situation.. 🙄🙄🙄
