Eskom will implement Stage 2 power cuts from 5am Thursday morning to 4pm. It will then increase to Stage 4 from 4pm to midnight.

eNCA/Athi MtonganaIt will then increase to Stage 4 from 4pm to midnight.The power utility says there's a shortage of generation capacity coupled with higher demand due to colder weather.
