The launch featured several dignitaries including Commissioner of Department of Correctional Services Makgothi Thobakgale and the Minister of Justice and Correctional Services Ronald Lamola. The charity works with professional football clubs with the objective of twinning every prison in England and Wales with a nearby professional football club. The aim is to engage prisoners in England and Wales in football-based programmes, helping them to improve their mental and physical health, wellbeing and obtain a qualification, helping to improve their life chances and gain employment on release.
