The vehicle passes, and then the cat is seen writhing on the road. It was posted on Facebook and shared to a community group saying:"Police van just drove over a cat in church street [sic]. The cat still looks a bit young. Unfortunately it died. If anyone might be looking for their cat, I took it to the Woodstock police station where everyone seemed to have lost their tongues..."
