All four factors. How can one be expected to pay more with less for essentials amongst others? People will rather pay for instance a roof over their heads instead of school fees.

People are encouraged to buy, buy, buy by shops and banks give credit. Without the large amount paid to intrest people will be better off. Most people in SA believe its a right to buy what they want right now and forget about the cost later on.
