Oh gee whizz a fine, that will solve that problem!! Why wasn't the vehicle impounded, he endangered the lives of not only 38children but anyone else should an accident have happened, no doubt he would drive like it's the bat mobile
The only time the police take note is when something major transpires, this is a common occurrence in KZN
