Notwithstanding the issue of Jurisdiction. The case is falling apart. To be convicted of a crime the state must prove the presence of all 4 elements of the crime beyond a reasonable doubt. The accused only have to create doubt in 1 of those 4 elements.

The NPA messed up Senzo Meyiwa's murder case from the beginning! I guess I know now why Kelly was so arrogant and calling the Twitter Gang 'imigovu', the NPA protected her.
