A 38-year-old man was arrested for allegedly decapitating a family member and attacking two others in Tshidimbini village, just outside Thohoyandou in Limpopo. Police spokesperson Brigadier Hlulani Mashaba said police officers responded to the crime scene on Monday morning. "Upon arrival at the scene, they came across a human head at the gate and, when they proceeded to the house, they found the decapitated body of a 41-year-old man tied with a rope," said Mashaba.South Africans need to be in the know if we want to create a prosperous future.
