Leverage the Microsoft Modern Workplace tools to enhance collaboration, productivity, and efficiency.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure their needs are met.Develop and execute quality assurance processes to ensure that solutions meet established standards and best practices.Training and User Adoption:
Develop and implement training programs to ensure users are proficient with Microsoft Modern Workplace tools.A Project Management and/or Business Analysis certification.Proficiency in Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and related tools.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with change management principles.
