Sorry, Sars ‘rogue unit’ ruling was my bad: judgeJudge Frank Kroon, the former chairperson of the Sars advisory board who declared the receiver’s Illicit Economy Unit – infamously known as the Rogue Unit – unlawful, has personally apologised to the unit’s former members and their families. And we must respect his now new found conscience 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Apology accepted. But PP still busy with investigations. Will wait for her findings and binding recommendations. After so long. Ghana fines Absa unit for ‘frivolous’ forex quotesBanking regulator fines Barclays Bank of Ghana $859,000 for foreign-exchange practices ZAR the regulator and courts can't find this Barclays cartel guilty of similar charges even when the PP found that these banks are acting outside of the interest of the country, the bloody regulator failed to act and now our Rand is volatile in favour of a weakened USA. I'm sensing something funny. It appears that South African companies operating in other African countries have become easy targets for Revenue generation. Look at MTN in Nigeria/Tanzania or Vodacom (Uganda). Or is it cynical me?

Siphi kethina kule 'my bad'.... do he have comprehension of what is mishap has had on individuals & society. What does this suggest about Judges' by extension judiciary conduct and intentions. ThumaMina CountryDuty 'Oops' muttered doesn't remedy the travesty of justice. The rogue unit was unlawful and it is still in can not as a judge rule on something and then later when your handlers are worried about that judgement you go to media and say I am sorry. Why can't judges be investigated for corruption? This is fraud.
