Malawian fugitive televangelist Shepard Bushiri is in hot water again after Sars reportedly sent three letters of demand.

Self-proclaimed prophet Shepherd Bushiri’s financial woes are piling up. According to, the controversial church leader’s television channel has been slapped with a hefty bill by the South African Revenue Service .

The Prophetic Channel’s debt allegedly includes unpaid company tax, value-added tax, administrative penalties, skills development levy , and unemployment insurance fund .
