Johannesburg - Public Enterprises Minister Pravin Gordhan’s advocate Wim Trengove on Thursday asked the North Gauteng High Court, Pretoria to order that Public Protector advocate Busi Mkhwebane pay costs of his lawsuit out of her own pocket.
