At first light this morning the KZN Sharks Board's meshing team from Glenmore reported a strong smell of sardines and, shortly afterwards, said that there were at least 3 000 common dolphins off the lighthouse area at Port Edward.
Thousands of gannets were seen 'raining' from the sky while the humpback whales were spotted breaching.Wayne Harrison, Area Operations Manager at KZN Sharks Board said the 'Greatest Shoal on Earth' was now well and truly in local waters.
