If I'm not mistaken President Thabo Mbeki & President Zuma gave Zimbabwe money whn they needed it. Ramaphosa must give Zimbabwe cash.

This was great opportunity for cotton farms and oil in Zimbabwe. Remember Zimbabwe have mineral resources.

Great stuff, we have our own financial problems and we will give no loan this year. Let them try Trump or Putin while we are still fixing our house
