South Africa’s population is estimated to be about 77.6 million in 2040 – a sizeable increase from 58.9 million this year

This is according to a report on population and household projections that was released last month by the Bureau of Market Research at Unisa, which has

projected that the population of people 15 and older will increase from about 41.1 million to about 54.1 million by the middle of 2040.exclusive journalism and features
