SA in crisis while ANC eats cake Dikeledi Molatoli asks: How do the president, the top leadership of the ANC and their general membership sleep at night, knowing the true state of the nation? ANC108

Yesterday the ruling party, the ANC, was holding a rally in Kimberley celebrating its 108 years. This celebration, which is usually accompanied by a jovial mood of song and dance by party leaders, members and supporters, happens during a time when the country has been plunged into several crises of epidemic proportions.

Poverty levels are accelerating, inequality is deepening, unemployment levels have reached the highest percentage of 29.1% in the last quarter of 2019, the highest recorded by Statistics SA since 2008, with 9.6 million South Africans currently unemployed, 8.6 million of these being black. The economy is battling to recover from a technical recession, with the country constantly facing a threat of being given junk status by rating agencies.

One of the major crises facing the country is the power utility Eskom, which has struggled to keep the lights on for the better part of 2019.

We should not expect blood from stone. ANC has poor Administrative skills, all they know best is how to celebrate. Sanitation malfunctions they celebrate. Eskom plunges into loadshedding crisis, they celebrate. Unemployment increases, they celebrate.

Cake Party coming to a end SOON

what did you expect from a spineless MYANC after 108 years of stealing and looting state coffers

These assholes dont even know how to cut the cake never mind run the country. Eish.

They sleep just fine. Their selfish, greed infested conscience keeps them immune from the day to day reality of many SAns. On the other hand why must they care knowing they will be voted back to those cushy jobs by their abused electorate. So who is to blame really?

Bring suggestions, lots of them SawSebona they might consider

They sleep like baby. They drive around and highly protected by 24/7 VIP unit of SAPS , they go to private hospitals, they don’t pay for air tickets, sleep in 5 star hotels, they love red carpet, they drink mineral water , they lie , they sleep in parliament and list is endless

So not eating the cake would lessen the crisis

They all enjoy the benefits if the gravy train and are not threatened with facing a future without an income, food on the table and loss of home.

Even when the grandmother is dead, we'll still say happy birthday to the child if her birthday is the same day as the funeral

They sleep with no troubles. It's very easy for them what with the billions they loot and plunder.

TheCapeArgus Maar ANC country.

ANC don't care about the citizens, once they receive the votes, they are awol 😨😡😱. They are always target the underprivileged, aged, non affluent communities in the townships, rural and squatter camps. They are taradiddle's 😨😱😡💩
