Mamelodi Sundowns co-coach Rulani Mokwena has detailed the reasons why the Brazilians are set to host Friday's CAF Champions League group stage opener at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium in Rustenburg.
Sundowns were obliged to move their CAF Champions League clash after both the Lucas Moripe Stadium and Loftus Versfeld Stadium failed to meet the required standards set by CAF. "It was not something we had much control over, and we tried our level best to make sure that the Lucas Moripe Stadium, Loftus Versfeld Stadium and even the Tuks Stadium met the requirements.
