Rubber bullets fly in Holpan, voting stops

JOHANNESBURG - Police opened fire on residents of Holpan, just outside Kimberly in the Northern Cape on Wednesday.Residents say nothing has changed for the past 25-years.Voting has not started yet and there is a heavy police presence in the area.

It is seriously called Holpan

That's stupidity. Instead of voting for change you opt to disrupt? That won't stop the corruptors and state captures from winning. And you blame foreigners for taking your jobs? 🙄

A special kind of stupid wont vote because nothings changed . The mind boggles . Thats why there are other parties ! Someone draw them a picture please !
