The Benoni-based Round Table Golden East 181 collected over 300 blankets and raised thousands of rands towards its Winter Knights Project during the organisation's music festival, dubbed 'Warm Fees', on June 21 and 22.

During the two-day music festival, attendees enjoyed live performances by Martin Bester and Band, Jaryd Smith, Reckless Bones and Broke 'n Free. The entrance fee for the Warm Fees was a blanket, as the event was part of the organisation's initiative to collect blankets for its Winter Knights Project.Round Table Golden East 181 chairperson Wesley Kloppers described the event as a success.

“We raised over R93 000 towards our Winter Knights projects.
