JOHANNESBURG - Health Minister Zweli Mkhize says that the number of new coronavirus cases in South Africa is a matter of concern.There are now 38 coronavirus cases in South Africa.President Cyril Ramaphosa has called an urgent cabinet meeting on Sunday to discuss the outbreak."The rapid rise in the numbers is a matter of concern that requires cabinet to sit down and look at it," Mkhize said.
