The Water and Sanitation Directorate of the City of Cape Town has announced that on Thursday, specific areas of the city will experience a planned 10-hour interruption in water supply.

This critical work aims to improve the water supply infrastructure, benefiting customers in the long term.

As a result, water supply along these roads and nearby areas will be disrupted throughout the day. This work is part of a proactive infrastructure maintenance and upgrade programme aimed at ensuring future water supply reliability and reducing unaccounted-for water.
