Baccus' three-year association with Kaizer Chiefs came to an end following the conclusion of the 2022/23 DStv Premiership season with the 30-year-old confirmed as one of 12 players who have since parted ways with the club.The former Australia youth international looks to have quickly found a new home, though, with reported that he has been snapped up by A-League side Macarthur FC – a team coached by former Manchester United forward Dwight Yorke.
He joined Chiefs in 2019 from the latter and went on to represent the club on 57 occasions across all competitions, scoring twice and recording a further four assists.
