Writing in his weekly letter to the public, Ramaphosa says there is a sense of despair that the situation does not seem to be improving but it is.

reported that its Energy Availability Factor was as low as 53.16% for the week ending 16 September – this is expected to be 51% for the whole year as load shedding continues.
