PSL star calls time on career after call-up

From being named in the squad for World Cup qualifiers a few days ago, a PSL footballer has decided to call it quits from national duty.

The 35-year-old went to two AFCON finals and was in the Namibian squad that famously won the COSAFA Cup in 2015."We are over-achievers and I’m extremely proud to be part of the special crop of players who have done so much for the Braves."I feel like now is the right time to make that call, I want to keep the body as healthy as possible."I sustained a hamstring before AFCON and that was most probably the first sign.
