Proteas' top four: Walter rewards Rickelton, De Kock backed despite shaky IPL form

White-ball coach Rob Walter confirmed his Proteas top-order for the upcoming T20 World Cup set the West Indies and the USA.

On Tuesday, Walter dispelled any notions of possible T20 returns for Faf du Plessis and Temba Bavuma when he named his 15-man T20 World Cup squad that will do duty from 1-29 June.
