The promoters’ structure turned to the court to challenge the decision by minister of sport, arts and culture Kodwa to appoint Mandla Ntlanganiso as acting CEO of BSA. However, the Pretoria High Court ruled in favour of Kodwa and BSA last week, on the basis that the NPBPA lacked the necessary locus standi to bring the application before court.
