Monies they earned is not intended for them but their Comrades on Top will reap the benefits .If you are not qualified in a foreign Country to work or have the Credentials then you know what to do , Hamba Kaiya, voertzek.

If they need a supervision, how much is the supervisor cost? Why can't the same supervisor supervise South African engineers? Are these people manufacturing water from scratch or something?

We don't need them

Those clowns never miss an opportunity to show how stupid they are. I'm not suprised 😏

Cuba does not remotely rank close to South Africa in the world when it comes to Water ....SA is number 9 and well respected with Joburg Water leading the pack in Pressure Management Systems

This is petty reporting

MISA & SALGA_Gov napping at the office. Minister LindiweSisuluSA please bring the engineers & DWS_RSA officials down to MidvaalWater as the water is full of smelly kaak that Minister BarbaraCreecy_ lieutenants at environmentza working4environment workers have abdicated

That’s a norm in South Africa. Majority of Engineers don’t have Pr status

LindileSifile LindiweSisuluSA Supervised by the same South Africans that ya'll said are not competent.

LindileSifile So the MYANC government basically admits they've messed it up and cannot manage and maintain the water infrastructure. Admitting to incompetence.

LindileSifile What's the point then if they still need supervisors?

LindileSifile An insult to our Engineers. I heard Blade Nzimande throwing tantrums about solidarity's stance of going to court, he blamed whites for lack of Engineers🤦‍♀️.We have Engineers, we would hv enough Trade artisans had MYANC not closed down 100s of Technical schools & colleges late 90s

LindileSifile This is a sick joke, is this not wasteful expenditure?

LindileSifile How do thet register with ECSA if they cubans?.

LindileSifile Expensive handlangers

LindileSifile Now tell me again, who is going to supervise them, the same people they are supposed to teach. Haaibo people it's the end of April and the come with April fools jokes

LindileSifile Just the ANC using state resources to meet their party political ends.

LindileSifile This government take us for a 530d. No better to explain this.

LindileSifile Now tell me again, who is going to supervise them, the same people they are supposed to teach.

LindileSifile We are a joke 😄 as South African really we are!!!🤬😭

LindileSifile If each Cuban has one local supervisor then it means we've created 24 local jobs. 👏👏👏

LindileSifile What an insult to South African Engineers...

LindileSifile Such expensive semi-plumbers, South Africa is a joke

LindileSifile Should have thought I’d that!!! Do they have work permits

LindileSifile Egg on face for LindiweSisuluSA . Now she has to employ SAEnginerrs to provide oversight of the Cubans! You can't make this stuff up, but is one big stuff up!

LindileSifile DDT_PM is this some kind of a joke🤔

LindileSifile Kahle kahle asibadingi ke!

LindileSifile My guess is that the supervisors is the capable engineer who is registered and knows what needs to be done and can train fellow South African engineers, so how we still need Cuban engineers? 🤔 🤔 🤔

LindileSifile Waste of money as always

LindileSifile Are local engineers allowed to operate if they're not registered with the Engineering Council of SA?

LindileSifile OMG this is beyond a joke ... 😭😭

LindileSifile I never thought of meeting a legit bitcoin trader after been scammed many times at my age but the heavens sent LisateddyBTC who guided me and help me make a living through bitcoin with my LUNO app , I recommend you to meet her now and also be a beneficiary of good work

LindileSifile So they'll function like Interns then? What's the use then? I'm sure we have lots of Engineering graduates awaiting Internships.
