Premature to discipline Gordhan now‚ Ramaphosa tells Mkhwebane

Ramaphosa‚ in his response to Mkhwebane maintained that"no deadline was given by when such 'appropriate disciplinary action' should be taken".

"The president explained that there was a dispute pending before the high court over the legality of the findings on which to base the recommended disciplinary action. Furthermore‚ this dispute legally challenged the president’s alleged power to exercise such disciplinary action‚" said Diko.

I concur with my beloved President, irrational decisions are totally misleading, our beloved President must await the outcome of the Court.

The response of CR to the PP is very disappointing, at best. As a lawyer himself, he should've known that the PP's findings are constitutionally binding & remedial action has to be taken, based on those findings, unless set aside by a court of law.

So the honorable president sees really NOTHING wrong with Prime minister Gordhan's action regarding that 'early retirement' deal?

She must stop the cheap public drama of accusing you Mr President of failing our constitution!!!!! In my view she failed her constitutional duties to investigate VBS bank looting, corruption, fraud & money laundering,R300 million of taxpayersmoney invested by municipalities!!!!!

I think Gordhan he is a President of this RSA, Ramaphosa he doesn't respect the office of the public protector, Moyane, Jiba and Mrwebi, he acted very fast,

He was quick to act against Jiba, Mrwebi and Moyane on recommendations of enquiry aet up by him. This is what the new dawn is about I guess. It's not about resepcting the constitution but it is about who you like.
