“The deployment of people in different positions in government is a matter that occupies the mind and attention of the president at all times,” he said “I am applying my mind to it, and I know there’s a lot of anxiety, impatience and excitement. It is a matter under consideration and all I would say is watch this space.”

Which is politician language that translates to 'it's not going to happen'. I'm also curious why it's called a reshuffle and not a replacement. It's not like the same 'cards' in a hand get better just by shuffling.

'Applying his mind..' Well, that might take a while. O'l Cyril is not one to do anything efficiently or in time. Always 'shocked' 2 or 3 weeks AFTER some new 'revelation' of some corruption or disaster or implosion come to his attention. A leader he is not. For sure.
